Are there extra charges for weekends or last-minute bookings?
No. Same rate every day. We're not going to charge you more because you can only move on a Saturday.
Do you charge for mileage or gas?
No. The price we give you covers everything — mileage, gas, tolls. All included.
How does the flat rate option work?
Tell us about your move and we'll give you a guaranteed total. That's the number — doesn't matter if it takes longer than expected.
What if my move takes longer than expected?
If you went with a flat rate, the price stays the same. For hourly moves, we'll keep you in the loop if it's running long.
Do I need to tip the movers?
Never required. But if the crew did a good job, they appreciate it.
Is there a minimum charge?
2-hour minimum for local moves. Most moves take at least that anyway.
